A) INTRODUCTION

 

 

Many verses speak of our God as creating mankind, the heaven, the seas, the world, and many other things.  However, I will only focus upon the creation of all things.

 

According to John 5:17 & 19, one of the Deities does not do anything without the other participating in the same event.  Consider John 17:11 & 21 & 22, where Jesus asks that humans would be “one” in purpose, just as Jesus and the Father are “one” in reality.

 

 

B) GOD THE FATHER

 

 

Acts 7:50:  “Hath not My [Greek “Hupsistos,” meaning the Father, see Mark 5:7] hand made all these things?”

Isaiah 44:24:  “Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer [Jesus]. . . I am the LORD that maketh all.”

Isaiah 45:18:  “For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited:  I Am the LORD; and there is none else.”

Note:  In Isaiah 45:12, verse 11 being Jesus, the God that led Israel was Jesus according to First Corinthians 10:4.

John 1:3:  “All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.”

John 1:10:  “He was in the world, and the world was made by Him.”

Romans 11:36:  “For of Him [Jesus], and through Him [Jesus], and to Him [Jesus], are all things.”

Ephesians 3:9:  “And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, Who created all things by Jesus Christ.”

Colossians 1:16:  “For by Him [Jesus] were all things created. . . all things were created by Him [Jesus].”

Hebrews 1:2:  “Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, Whom He hath appointed Heir of all things, by Whom also He made the worlds.”

Hebrews 1:10:  “And, Thou, Lord [Jesus], in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of Thine [Jesus] hands.”

Hebrews 2:10:  “For it became Him, for Whom are all things, and by Whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the Captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.”

Hebrews 3:3-4:  “(3) For this man [supplied word but Jesus is inferred] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He Who [Jesus] hath builded the house [all things] hath more honour than the house. (4) For every house is builded by some man; but He [Jesus] that built all things is God [the God/Man Jesus].”

Revelation 3:14:  “These things saith the Amen [Jesus], the Faithful and True Witness [Jesus], the Beginning of the Creation of God [Jesus created through God the Father; see Eph. 3:9].”

Revelation 4:11:  “Thou [Jesus] art worthy, O Lord [Jesus], to receive glory and honour and power:  for Thou [Jesus] hast created all things.”

Revelation 10:6:  “And sware by Him [Jesus] that liveth for ever and ever, Who [Jesus] created Heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein.”

Psalm 102:25:  “Of old hast Thou [Hebrew, “Yehovah,” verse 16] laid the foundation of the earth:  and the heavens are the work of Thy [“Yehovah”] hands.”

Psalm 104:2-35:  Verse 16 [see below] teaches us that this section is “Yehovah.”

Psalm 104:30:  “Thou “Hebrew “Yehovah” from verse 16] sendest forth Thy [Hebrew “Yehovah”] spirit [Hebrew, “ruach,” meaning “breath,” see Job 33:4], they are created.”

Psalm 124:8:  “. . . the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”], Who [“Yehovah”] made Heaven and earth.”

Psalm 146:5-6:  “(5) . . .the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”] his God [Hebrew “Elohıiym,” meaning the plurality of the Godhead]. (6) Which made Heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is.”

Psalm 148:5:  “Let them praise the Name of the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”]:  for He [“Yehovah”] Commanded, and they were created.”

Isaiah 37:16:  “. . .Thou [Hebrew, “Elohıiym,” the plurality Godhead expression] hast made Heaven and earth.”

Isaiah 40:12:  “Who [Hebrew “Adonay/Yehovah,” based on verse 10] hath measured the waters in the hollow of His [“Adonay/Yehovah”] hand, and meted out Heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?”

Isaiah 40:26:  “. . .Who [Hebrew “Adonay/Yehovah,” based on verse 10] hath created these.”

Zechariah 12:1:  “. . .saith the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”] , which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.”

Acts 4:24:  “Lord [Greek “Despotees,” meaning “Master”], Thou [Despotees”] art God [“Theos,” meaning one God], which hast made Heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is.”

Acts 14:15:  “. . . Living God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God], which made Heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein.”

Acts 17:24:  “God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God] that made the world and all things therein, seeing that He [“Theos”] is Lord [Greek “Kurios,” meaning one God, see Mat. 22:37] of Heaven and earth.”

Hebrews 11:3:  “. . .the worlds were framed by the Word of God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God], so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”

Second Peter 3:5:  “. . . that by the Word of God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God] the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water.”
